78 miles of railway heritage between Hellifield and Carlisle
Plate 56 is an undated image of Bridge 76 carrying the railway over the Dent to Hawes road at Greenbanks. This skew bridge was constructed in 1871 and has a segmental arch with a span of 25ft 6ins.
