SCRCA Location Variant: Span - Beam / girder / slab

A bridge or culvert, the span of which consists of 'beams' or 'girders' (including flat stone slabs): may be single or multiple span; includes bridges with plate-girder sides, but excludes those with lattice-girder sides.
