This structure was constructed long after the production of the 1911/12 set of Midland Railway Company 'land plans'. However, Sheet 62 of the land plan set in the FoSCL archive includes a hand-drawn arrow linking the following handwritten annotation to the location of the underbridge now known as SAC/260C:
