Date: Not known.

General notes: This photograph was taken by Bob Swallow. The clarity / quality of the image has been adversely affected by the transfer from slide to digital image. However, it is still clear enough to provide interesting and valuable information. The 'Up Distant' signal (right) has been relocated to Settle, where it forms a working exhibit that visitors can operate from Settle Station Signal Box. (The latter is now a visitor centre / museum.)
